Alta Sierra is located just about 15 minutes from Grass Valley and it is about 20 minutes to Auburn, California. There are top rated schools in the neighborhood for the kids. There is a very low crime rate, and a great community feel. Alta Sierra has an 18 hole championship golf course and clubhouse that is available.
